Do I need to be referred by another physician?

We do ask that you bring in any medical records or documentation from your primary health care provider whether it's records from a previous physician visit, an ER visit, a consultation with a chiropractor, recent prescriptions for medication, physician's letters, x-rays, MRI's, etc. This helps our doctors with your medical marijuana evaluation and will help qualify you for the longest recommendation possible.
